چکیده
BACKGROUND: The expanding scope of molybdenum (VI) oxide (MoO3 NPs) nanoparticle application has increased the risk developing pathological disorders in exposed population due to negative effects this nanomaterial. As such, there is a need assess potential hazard MoO3 NPs human health.
AIM: To determine degree danger nanoparticles for MATERIAL AND METHODS: was assessed accordance with MR 1.2.2522-09. A comparative assessment physical parameters nano- and micropowder particles (Sigma-Aldrich, USA) terms size, specific surface area, total pore volume, shape conducted based on results our own experimental studies. Generalization information physicochemical, molecular biological, cytological, physiological ecological properties performed according data presented scientific literature. Based predictive-analytical modeling NPs, coefficient (D) incompleteness (U) calculated.
RESULTS: Our findings showed that 84.17% nanopowders consists spherical 100 nm size an average diameter 58.80 nm, area 3.66 m2/g, volume 0.0133 cm3/g. Micropowders consist prismatic are 57.99 times larger but 1.17 1.18 smaller compared respectively. enhance generation intracellular free radicals, accumulate cells, damage organelle membranes, cause DNA strand breaks, affect gene expression proteomic profile, which leads cell death. toxic vivo pathomorphological changes tissues liver, organs reproductive system, blood parameters, death animals, long-term effects. It been established have health (D=1.750), statistically significant (U=0.147).
CONCLUSION: obtained should be taken into account improve methodology sanitary regulation nanomaterials environmental objects develop preventive measures workers populations NPs.

متن کاملNanoparticles, human health hazard and regulation.
New developments in technology usually entail some hazard as well as advantage to a society. Hazard of a material translates into risk by exposure of humans and/or their environment to the agent in question, and risk is reduced by control of exposure, usually guided by regulation based on understanding of the mechanisms of harm. We illustrate risks relating to the causation of diseases associat...
